The Cobble House Inn is a grand 1860's late-Victorian mansion furnished with country antiques. Built on a hilltop in the heart of Central Vermont the B&B Inn commands a breathtaking view of the Green Mountains. Our location is an asset to travelers for day trips anywhere in the state. We are minutes from Vermont Law School and Dartmouth College.
Just outside our door is the White River with its clear waters, offering great sport or lazy days by it's shores. The White River offers excellent fresh water fishing in the finest trout and salmon waters. Canoeing, tubing and swimming are all favorite pastimes on the river.
While at the Inn enjoy nearby skiing, snow mobile trails, snow shoeing, hiking, biking, golf, tennis, horseback riding lessons, kayaking on the White River or one of Vermont's pristine lakes.
Fall foliage offers nature's most spectacular colors. This show is best enjoyed from a rocking chair on our porch.
